Cedar Hollow Farm privacy policy

Cedar Hollow Farm is a fictional demonstration farm. Every member, order, and payment record on this storefront is synthetic.

Information collected

We collect the contact, account, enrollment, fulfillment, preference, order, and payment-reference information needed to run the farm's shares. Stripe collects card and bank details; neither the farm nor Sparrow stores them.

How information is used

We use this information to manage memberships, pack and deliver boxes, collect payment, send service messages, and resolve problems.

Service providers

Sparrow runs this storefront for the farm. Stripe processes payments. Email, hosting, database, file-storage, and address-search providers handle only what their service needs.

Choices and contact

Members can update account details from the storefront. Privacy questions go to hello@cedar-hollow-farm.example.
